Good Sunday afternoon
I had some ribeyes cut and I cooked the ribs today for 5 hrs. Came out the best ever. Any ideas how to incorporate this into a dish or sandwich?
Thanks in advance

They should make some pretty good beef ribs if you reheat them

I sometimes de-bone leftover ribs that were just dry rubbed (no glazes or sweet rubs), dice them, add a little tomatillo salsa and reheat over low heat to make some awesome tacos.XL BGE + Large BGE @ Monterrey, Mexico

Go with the reheat-I always cook more than the one-night stand as they taste so good. And even the nuclear machine in your kitchen can't hose them up >-Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.
