What to do with leftover beef ribs

Good Sunday afternoon I had some ribeyes cut and I cooked the ribs today for 5 hrs. Came out the best ever. Any ideas how to incorporate this into a dish or sandwich? Thanks in advance

    Damn good cold out of the fridge.
    Salado TX Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now).

    They should make some pretty good beef ribs if you reheat them  :D
  • I sometimes de-bone leftover ribs that were just dry rubbed (no glazes or sweet rubs), dice them, add a little tomatillo salsa and reheat over low heat to make some awesome tacos.

    Go with the reheat-I always cook more than the one-night stand as they taste so good.  And even the nuclear machine in your kitchen can't hose them up :)>-
