    What an awesome setup! Nice to know you can just throw the meat on the cooker, walk inside, and not have to worry about whats going on out on the deck. Now if I could just get the meat to cooperate with my schedule! My 14 pound boneless prime rib, cooking at 275, finished in just about 2 hours and 45 minutes...i figured at least another 45 minutes or longer...thank goodness for foil and coolers!
