Stand them on their heads using a roaster, kinda a reverse beer can. Because they are standing, you can get more on, the dark meat is higher in the dome where it cooks faster.MBGE is smaller so to 3 birds on, I part them out. How about stuffing it and cooking it whole on the Egg?
How about brining it with a nitrite cure to give it a chicken ham taste?

I can't find the picture now but once I bought a capon and since it nearly weighted 10 pounds I laid in on its back and roasted it like a small turkey. It was good, but way over priced!
