Bacon wrapped meatloaf

Saw someone post this recently, so I thought I'd give it a try - very tasty! One of these days I'll get the courage to try a brisket or a nice Boston Butt, but for now, i still consider myself a newbie...

Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.

  • Looks incredible.  Don't be afraid of a pork butt.  I find it to be one of the most forgiving cooks.  Go turbo and get a good night's sleep.

Looks good my friend! Don't be afraid to try a butt. In my opinion it's the easiest sub you can cook and the hardest to mess up. It's the perfect meat for some one just starting out. Give it a try my friend.
