I saw your kind words and had to respond. First let me say thanks for saying that I posted educated posts. That meant alot to me that some one really enjoyed reading them as that was my hope. Second I have been gone for a while but will be back soon. Im currently working 16 hour shifts in the Gulf Of Mexico on Exxon/Mobil Hadrian South and Julia mainline line project that is tying into Anadarkos floating platform. I left March 6 with little notice and scheduled to be back onshore as of this writing on May 15. Also thanks for saying that i am not a troll because im certainly not. I should have took the time to let every one know that i was leaving for a while and i apoligize for not doing so. I have the requested pictures and videos that you asked for and will get them to you asap when i make land fall. I will be home June July and August working in Theodoor AL. If you are free over the summer you should come down and spend some time as I love meeting new people and you will always be welcome here. Im a little older than you but we have one thing in common for sure. We both love to cook. And i hear you are good at it so maybe you can give me a few pointers!!!! Again sorry to all for not letting you know that i would be missing in action for a while and its a error i wont make again. Just so yall will know we turned out 2 whole hogs and 350lbs of brisket for charity and it sold out in under 3 hours. To all my forum friends and Brother Cazzy, keep cooking and God Bless.

On a added note i also got some pictures of a guys cooker that was built by pitmaker and its called the magnum sniper. Its the first one i saw in real life and let me say its a cooking machine. I will enclose them as well. It looks a little odd at first but when you see how it cooks you get over how it looks fast. Keep cooking and God Bess my friends.

Also if anyone really believes that I'm not real here is a open invitation to you. Send me a private message and I will be glad to give you my address and you will be more than welcome to come to my home and look at or use my cookers and meet me I'm person. All I would ask of you in return is please be sober and polite as I live in a Christian home. Again keep cooking and God bless.

I'm on call too, but I'm up because nature called.

We went to a crawfish boil yesterday then made a 7 gallon batch of gumbo.
