Planning on a Tri-tip tomorrow night with some corn on the cob...

Tonight... Just drinking my dinner about to listen to the Phillies game. Today sucked and there was a **** pizza lunch included.

Same problem here, only the piss poor lunch was some sorry excuse for chinese food. It's been so dry and windy around here I've only been cooking once a week or so because literally that's been about how often the wind is calm enough to start the coals without embers flying into my neighbor's leaves from last fall.

Oliva G..Woodford. Bringing the temp up for a 13 lb brisket. Leaving tomorrow afternoon for our annual spring break bass fishing day followed by 143 lbs of crawfish. Spending the week with my boy. Life is good. His first bass 4 years ago was a 5 lb large mouth .. hard to beat.

I use the At Bat app... I'm also a Tiger's fan so that's the only way I can get their games as well. The Phillies are on local radio as well

Anyway, here are some pics from tonight's Tri-tip and corn cook. Meat rubbed with Montreal and the corn was hit with some olive oil and Pineapple Head

Seared down low, caramelized the corn at reg grid height and then moved it all up to finish. The roast was a little over 2-1/2 pounds Choice.

Thanks!!! Hit the road early this morning to get my stuff done so I could get home and cook this and still eat at a reasonable time. Dinner hit the table at about 7pm.

@hapster‌...that looks crazy good! Nice Wednesday night meal 4 y'all. Not much here SWMBO used leftover Spatchcock with linguine, sauteed onion with garlic in EVOO with lite crushed red pepper flakes. Along with garlic bread. Hump day complete :-)

How was the Magna stick you were having? Always looking for new sticks to try. I've got a Nub in the humidor right now. Had a CAO America last night, one of my favorites. Have you been to the cigars international in Hamburg yet? That place is awesome!

The Casamagna is my favorite stick in just about every size, esp the 4-3/4x60. It's my go to stick, followed by the NUB Habanos

I only live about 40 minutes from CI. That's my winter time place to go for a stick. If you haven't tried one, I'd recommend a Liga Pravada. $15 for a stick, but a very good smoke.

And take him up on that offer. I missed my chance last October, but enjoyed a great meal at R'evolution in NOLA by following his recs.
