Picked up a 9.8 lb cryovac pack of beef chuck ribs this morning for $3.97lb. Both slabs are on the egg and it's chugging along. One is seasoned with S&P and one with Mickey's Coffee Rub. These are actually a lil more meaty than my last ones. My wife is excited since she fell in love with beef ribs during our BBQ tour! 





Just a hack that makes some $hitty BBQ....

Not correctly. These are beef chuck ribs. They have 4 bones where plate short ribs have 3.Just a hack that makes some $hitty BBQ.... -

Nice looking piece of beef there. Not sure I've ever seen that cut in my neck of the woods.
Better keep a sharp eye out for it. Reasonable price for sure.

I picked up that light last week. It's awesome how it fits right onto the handle like it was made for the egg. A big thanks to Weber for making cool BGE parts.
