So, the wife called at 2pm and said the stove top wasn't working, so she couldn't make my gravy. I convinced her to start the egg and actually use it this time. lol She was a little nervous raising it to sautéing temps, but she pulled it off and I got home to a 225 degree egg with my gravy simmering perfectly. She'll never read this, but a big shout out to the wife...even though she wouldn't take pics. haha
Here is the final product! nom nom
