Ever have one of those WONDERFUL meals with your beloved or family and it just knocked your socks off, but you knew it wasn't pretty and there is no way you want to post a picture? Well tonight's small prime rib was one of those cooks. The meat was a piece of prime - though mis-marked IMHO opinion from a local quality butcher shop and received as a gift to us. It was prime rib and I do mean PRIME RIB, but it was cut from the large end and was a slanted piece. Anyway it tasted terrific, but there was no way I would try to share a picture...so you have to trust Pat and me that tonight's meal was TERRIFIC...but kinda ugly! LOL
