Thursday Night Burgers

Pretty simple... Some 80/20 & 90/10 mixed with minced onion, sea salt, pepper, and some garlic salt. Topped with some smoked Gouda and some sautéed spinach & beans for a side.
Sorry... Also topped the burgers with a fried egg.

What is the roll?Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.
