Just got home after about a 3 hour tour of my local stores to see how the lots were being serviced... Roads are snow covered and fine if you aren't stupid
Came home to find that beautiful aroma on the deck and the temps as follows... Dome steady at 250, grid according to the mav going between 230 - 235, and the IT was at 153...
It's such a small brisket, which I trimmed up quite a bit, I'm not sure I'm going to see a stall... I wouldn't mind a little so I can get a little sleep at least LOL

Looks like I'm getting my stall... Just adjusted the vents a little, grid had dropped to 210, brisket has been at 160 for a couple of hours now. Funny how that didn't contribute to a great night sleep.
I think the got the totals a little on the light side. Still snowing... The trash can is tucked back outta the wind and the table is exposed on all sides to it.

In case anyone is wondering the roads here in South Texas seem to be in good shape. I had to get about 1/16 inch of frost off the windshield....

I'm jealous Hapster. We only received around 2 inches at home and 1 inch in Bawlmer. Commute was easy peazy, though.

No worries... the cord has a GFI on it and it's plugged into a GFI outlet. Haven't had it go out yet and I've used it in some pretty severe weather LOL...That light set up scares me with all the snow extension cord well you know the rest just be careful with that set up
