      Jerry I got my Pellets from Todd Johnson @ A-Maze-N-Smokerhis # is !(952)412-0484 he is very helpful and has every flavor pellet you could want as far as the curing salt I got it a a italian pork store here on Long Island called A&S pork store

    If I want to feed more people, how long would one pig stay in cooler and stay hot/warm while cooking another pig. Or, would there be another way to hold one pig while doing another. Ok, I know, I could bye another egg!!!!!

      I'm not sure as to how long a pig can stay in a cooler but my suckling pig cooked at least 6 hours so I would think that 6 hours is to long to sit in a cooler
