sous vide short rib question

I've noticed some of these 60+ hour sous vide short rib threads and I have a question. A local butcher has some "chuck short ribs" for sale. I'm assuming that this is what I'm looking for but I need some confirmation. Also is there a certain way I should ask for them to be cut or a certain thickness?
Thanks for any help

short ribs are chuck ribs that have been cut short. I get them in cryovac here. If they are in cryo, you can leave them in the cryo and drop them in just like that. if you want them cut down, just ask, they willl run them through the band saw and cut them short for you. Same rib, just cut shorter.Keepin' It Weird in The ATX FBTX
