Increased cooking time if cooking 2 briskets instead of 1?

I cooked a 10 lb brisket a few weeks ago at 275 or so and was done in 9 hours. I want to cook two of them this Saturday. Will this increase my total cooking time?

As long as they are not touching you should be good to go. They may not be done at the same time though - even the eame weight.

thank you guys. The cooking time was the same, but the briskets were not as good as my first one. The bottom outside got burnt from not getting covered by the plate setter.Austin, Texas

Place aluminum foil underneath the exposed part... Maybe turn occasionally.Green egg, dead animal and alcohol. The "Boro".. TN

I have also taken larger briskets and braced the middle with an inverted V rack or an old beer can. Then when it shrinks enough you can lay it flat.
