Hay, we can't all have Vespas. But yours is nice too. Bring it to Salado in March.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

Wow very nice. I considered a GS last spring but because my wife comes along quite a bit I bought an RT last year because of the passenger comfort. I have travelled 38,000 trouble free kilometers on it since May 2012. We have been to both the furthest east and west you can go on the TransCanada Highway.I am sure you will enjoy itGerhard

You got a water-head! So jealous!! (I just got an '09 this past spring, great bikes!)_____________

I thought about our trip this summer and we were around mile 147 of the Alaska Highway the road to a lodge it was described as being 30 km of hard packed gravel, the 30 km part was true. At that point I really thought I made a big mistake by not choosing to buy a GS.Here is a video of our little tripGerhard

That looks like a great ride. Nice video. Could you not strap a mini on the back of the bike??? B-)Large, small, and a mini

Looking to replace my st1300 and I am looking at the GS and the new triumph trophy. Just can't make mind up.

Mkline:Test ride the new GS Water cooled, even thou its heavier it feels much lighter due to the lower CG. Its narrower on top for better handling. One of the best changes for me is the wet clutch. I never tested a Triumph so no comment.FelipeMen, easier fed than understood!!

Nice beamer (motorcycle)! I have been driving bimmers (auto) for the past 8 years. I am sure the bike feels just as great as the cars. The Ultimate Driving Machine!!!!XL BGEJoe JRBaltimore, MD

You are excused for not egging this weekend while the shine is still on that thing, next weekend, egging comes first.Nice ride.Delta B.C. - Whiskey and steak, because no good story ever started with someone having a salad!

Have not taken it offroad yet, im lacking some protection on bike and myself as well. So i will have to wait a little more. And its still raining so no go for riding or grilling either way! I did take it out on a short trip while the road was wet and slick, put it in Rain mode and behaves very nice with smooth throttle acceleration and soft braking. The Anakee`s 3 feel very smooth and grabby.FelipeMen, easier fed than understood!!

Awesome! I myself have a 2001 R1200C. Congrats on the new toy, she sure is gorgeous!!Medium BGE, Weber Q120 (The traveller)"I claim artistic license, it has a good beat, I can dance to it"

Saweeet!!haha, I'm just playing. Those GS bikes are awesome. I love to ride. I don't do much riding on the street anymore although I still have a supermoto bike but every Sunday is dedicated to riding through nasty, tight, slimy, techinical single track.
Congrats on the bike, not much touches the fit and finish of a BMW."Tell me what you eat, and I will tell you who you are."

Since most BMW riders ride sidesaddle, does BMW put the gearshift and the brake on the same side?__________________________________________Dripping Springs, Texas.Just west of Austintatious
