Tonight was a cajun paella. Shrimp, crawfish tails and andouille. Sautéed some garlic, tomatoes and onions. Bombay rice and chicken broth...added some okra. topped with the goodies and a little decoration.

Green egg, dead animal and alcohol. The "Boro".. TN

  • Man I wish I could get crawfish in the midwest.  That looks freaking fantastic.  Nicely done @Henapple.
    I raise my kids, cook and golf.  When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.
    Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

    Paella on the naked whiz website. Just have everything sitting in place and ready. I imagine you could come up with a lot of different combinations. The crawfish tails were frozen wild and the whole were cooked/frozen... And yes, they sucked. Merely for looks. I would use more okra next time. I highly recommend the rice/veggie trial run. I did miss the scallops.

    Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.
