Weekend is upon us, and at least around here, so is some welcomed cooler weather...
Probably just a few steaks and some chicken tonight. At the wife's request, likely making the season's first pot of chili tomorrow with some pizza dough bread, more for Sunday's Eagles game than Saturday's dinner. Also thinking about picking up a few wings to do on Sunday just before the game.
Of course there will be libations and sticks

Pizza party tonight. Made up a batch of New York style dough last night and giving it 24 hour cold rise in the fridge. Also made up the sauce. Making 4 pizzas for Mrs. G's co-workers. Never done that many in a row, hope I don't screw them up.

Smoking a 10 pound pork shoulder tonight for an end-of-the-season golf league party tomorrow which will consist of 8-10 guys watching college football on a patio all day. Can't wait. It'll go on at 7:00pm tonight and come off hopefully around 10:00am tomorrow, just in time for Gameday.Large BGELexington, SC

Going to take the weekend off from egging this time. Building a pergola to cover the eggs on my patio. Trying to get it done before the rainy season starts here. I will posts pics when it is finished. For now I will have to drool over your weekend cooks.

@griffin -- fwiw, when I do several pizzas I usually go ahead and roll out each dough and put it on a sheet of parchment. That way I (and guests) can focus on topping them and cooking rather than me having hands in dough all night.XL BGE, Blackstone, Roccbox, Weber Gasser, Brown Water, Cigars -- Gallatin, TN

First pic
Egg is fired up, resting carefully at 425 waiting for me to throw the steaks and chicken on. Trying to time it close to when the family gets home.
Enjoying a little Jameson and a Casa Magna. A member of the family that distributes them in the US sent me that ashtray after seeing all my posts of their sticks on Instagram. Pretty cool!

Not too much Egging this weekend. Just got home from a few days away - flew out on 9/11 and flew back on Friday the 13th. Must have been drinking when I made that reservation. So no Egg tonight. Tomorrow we'll be supporting the local fire company's Chicken BBQ, so I'll let them cook for me. Have to think of something for Sunday.__________________________________________It's not a science, it's an art. And it's flawed.- Camp Hill, PA

Just grilled mahi mahi, asparagus, and beets. One filet had EVOO, garlic powder, salt and pepper. The other had Memphis Dust (it was awesome). Yummy dinner.
