Gave this recipe a try tonight before I baked some ciabatta loafs. Pretty easy recipe, just need to kick the spices up a bit, and maybe some cheese! Only reason I looked for a recipe like this is that there is an awesome food truck that serves these by me.

Enjoy and good luck!
(Sorry it's so pic heavy!)

Any tips for getting the dough extremely thin? I'm not terribly good at getting the dough to roll out very thin without the dough separating and breaking apart. Thanks!

@flbobecu the recipe link that I included has a dough that has a consistency of playdough. No yeast, no proofing, which I really like! A little flour and a rolling pin and you will be fine! Good luck

Alright, last time I post on this, I promise! Fired the egg up to 600 and here are the results-
Back to front
Hot Sausage, peppers onions and tomatoes with mozzarella
Same as above with goat cheese
And the first a smear of garlic hummus with sausage et al with shaved Romano cheese.
Finally did a dessert kuchen with a sour cream, ricotta, cinnamon and vanilla extract spread with a broken up Hershey's bar. (And yes looks horrible and totally unappetizing, went pretty quick tho ;-)
Enjoy!
