My new favorite Eggcessory - the Lodge Sportsman Hibachi.  No more handling a hot Platesetter to go from indirect to direct or waiting to change temps.  Stabilized the Egg at 375 and put on the Rosemary red potatoes to roast.  Fired up the Hibachi to sear the CAB Filets, then onto the Egg indirect to finish.  Some of the best steak I've done.  May eventually get a Mini, but for the money, the Hibachi can't be beat for searing.  May become my go to for quick burgers or dogs, and the gasser is gone now for sure. Protected from flies by my grand daughter with the Bug A Salt.
