...poor planning? Last time I tried to make pizza, I couldn't get the temp pass 400. This was 2 hours, both vent open wide. Finally gave up and put it in anyway.

Pre-BGE days, my favorite kitchen toy was the pressure cooker. Collard greens in 10 min & stew in 30!
