Has helped most of us at one time or another - Thank you Whiz! Was surprised when in my local Canuckistan Wally World they had Nature's Mexican Mesquite for $7. I find it very strong but throw a handful in with my regular lump to give a nice mesquite smoke.Delta B.C. - Whiskey and steak, because no good story ever started with someone having a salad!
-
Is that a real category? Best Mesquite charcoal?
-
There was only one entry so it naturally came in first. I agree, but I do find that a handful mixed in is better than using mesquite chips or chunks. Main use is for beef steak sliced thin for fajitas.brycos said:Is that a real category?
