No really I am with the in-inlaws. So I made an impromptu rib-fest before we leave 3 slabs St. Louis cut 2 slabs of beef back ribs. 5.5 hrs 275 dome until passed bend test. All served dry 1 rack sauced 15 mins before pulling with sweet baby rays original. Plum wood for smoke. Sweet potatoes and yams, and a cucumber and onion salad. Pretty solid. Gonna be sad at the happiest place on earth with no egg.
