First & foremost, been lurking around for a couple weeks now, and I wanna thank ya'll for the insightful threads & a great forum atmosphere!

New LBGE owner here, coming to ya from Athens, AL & I got the fever!  I wanna buy any and everything I see that is associated with BBQ whatsoever....However, the finances are not lined up for that kinda spending these days....So I'm trying to make some decisions based on yall's experiences & expertise with eggcesseries in the past.

Give me a top 5 "ranking" of eggcesseries that you cannot live without or that you find the most useful!!! ...This should be fun!

Example:
1. Plate Setter
2. Cast Iron Grate
3. DigiQ ......blah, blah, blah

oh yea....ROLL TIDE

Welcome aboard.  I'm new to the LBGE as well and already loving it.

    1. Lots and lots of food to cook

    2.  Platesetter

    3.  Extra raised grid (whatever method you choose)

    4.  Pizza stone

    5.  Maverick thermometer.

With these I can do most of the things I want to do.  However I already have the swing grate adapter on the way, am looking at getting a peel, cast iron grate, various cast iron pieces, and numerous other things I dare not list in case SMBO looks at this thread.  :-)

U might have just sold me on the woo over an AR. Planning on a demo egg with PS, I have had the AR and different combos in a cart but could not pull the trigger. Just not sure it was a "need" out the gate.

Didn't consider the woo since there has been much AR hype which I am sure is deserved, but the woo I can do out the gate $ wise after buying the egg.
