I forgot a gtt pan for my ribs today. When I turned up the heat for steaks, all the grease caught fire. Was pretty awesome!!!! Oh, and it's gasket change time, cool down took F O R E V E R ! ! !

the grease drippings from the ribs are what is on fire, yes the PS is "on fire", I thought it was pretty awesome so I encouraged it and took pictures.

Wow, the only time I saw that was when I cooked bacon on the egg and the pan overflowed,altonot quite as spectacular. Great pics of the moment.
