We purchased one at same time we bought the large. I was told it would come in handy. Was only used during holidays and large cooks.
When we started cooking at fests this became my go to tool. Depending on the cook the top rack will be either the medium grate or the small grate.
Latest use was at the Georgia Mount Fest
Set up was CGS Woo, medium pizza stone-first tier, large grate at felt line-second tier, medium grate-third tier.
Would not leave home without it.
Many in Georgia ask about my setup and now I know where to direct people who would like to purchase one.
