Tortas a la Cen-Tex Smoker

My wife loves tortas, so I made a shameless copy of a recipe Cen-Tex posted recently. Used a very thin cut of top sirloin seasoned with olive oil, garlic and salt. Had to settle for the closest rolls I could find at HEB; brushed on Mayo and grilled to toast them up, came pretty close to a torta experience. We'll definitely keep this one in the rotation.

    nice! We actually bought the bread at regular HEB so yours should have them.They were HEB bakery stuff so I'm guessing they are standard fare around here. Love the pickled onions! so good and pretty easy to make. looks awesome.
