Thanks for all of your additional comments. This really was a wicked good burger! @Griffin This really is a wicked good cookbook, as is his Wicked Good Barbecue cookbook. I got this cookbook right around the time the work on my kitchen started. I have been drooling over these recipes for the last six weeks. It is great to finally be able start making some.
