Trying new Mavrick out. Had grill temp running around 250 to 280. Used some cherry and maple chips. By the way which is better to use chips or chunks ? Put on at 6 pm and wrapped at 4 am ran temp at 200 till 6am. Pulled at 6am and letting rest. Temp of meat was 205 when pulled. (Using also new Thermapen). Have a good day!!
