Great job! What ribs, process, rub and sauce?*******Owner of a large and a beloved mini in Philadelphia

I got some St. Louis cut spare ribs. The rub I used was very similar to Dr. BBQ's #68 rub, with some minor tweaks. I also made one of Dr. BBQ's sauces (Thick and Rich Sauce) but I used blueberry honey, and I made a N. Carolina vinegar sauce that I found on here somewhere.250 for ~4.5 hours, slathered with the thick & rich sauce for about 30 minutes. After slicing, gave 'em another thin glazing of the thick sauce, sliced and drizzled the vinegar sauce over them.Killen, AL (The Shoals)XL, Small, Minimax, and Mini BGEs
