Looks like it is off to a great start.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Somehow the egg got away from me and my temp is up to 300. A little high. Was shooting for 250-275. I hate when that happens, takes forever to recover!

Sandwiches topped with provolone.
Gotta say this recipe is GREAT! Best flavored roast beef I've had. And excellent on some butter toasted Portuguese bread topped with 2 slices of provolone. I melted the cheese under the broiler. Wanted to make some horseradish spread, but my bottle of horseradish looked really old, so I just went with mayo. Nothing lost. What I really loved was the bread got just a tad soggy with the stout juices. Excellent! -
Could you come over to wipe the drool off of my laptop when you are done eating? That would be great. Seriously awesome looking cook.
I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season. -
