Y'all have seen these thousands of times by now, but figured I'd share them anyways... Stubbs Original BBQ Sauce has become one of my favorites. I like all sorts of varieties of sauce though...just depends on which region of the world I'm in the mood for at the time. Today I was in a Texasy mood. I used some Salt Lick Original Rub that @Griffin sent me awhile back, then sauced them with the Stubbs toward the end of the smoke. Had some Texas Ranchero Grilling Beans and Tater Salad to go with. Great Sunday dinner.

Looks great, that's one thing I hate about working retail is making a nice Sunday meal. Football season or not it's my favorite day to eat.
I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season. -

@500, I tend to go with a 2-1-1 method at around a 275 deg f dome temp. Sometimes takes less time than that. I judge them mostly by the pullback and bark rather than time.
