Went to Fayetteville, Arkansas yesterday to watch our Hogs beat Kentucky in basketball - to celebrate, we went by the local meat market and bought a couple of "Razorbacks" - bone in rib eyes:
Tonight I egged them - first, the sear:
Five minutes seared each side, then raised the grid (no picture - it came out too dark to post)
After another 10 minutes each side took them off:
And plated them with some eggplant parmesan:
Wonderful way to celebrate!!!!!

Wow. That sums it up.........Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.
