Best Girls Night Ever!!!

The girls had a dinner planned & the guys are watching the kids. All the guys came to my house with the kids. Reverse seared 1 1/4 inch ribeyes, roasted at 400* for 8 minutes a side, then seared at 700 for 1 minute. My wife shows back up at the house 5 minutes after I put them on. Fixes the sides, takes care of the kids, refills our beers, clears the plates & washes the dishes!!!

This has been the best girls night out ever!!!!!

Mmmmeeeaaat! I could eat those right out of the pan. Sounds like what happened at the baby shower for my buddy's wife. All the ladies went to a nice restaurant, but the guys stayed home, bbq'ed and drank scotch. They said our party sounded like more fun than theirs
