Great looking cook. A German friend gave me a beginer's cook book, lots of layered dishes, meat potatoes etc... Looks really good. A favorite of ours is zuricher gesschnetzeltes.Thanks for sharing.....Delta B.C. - Whiskey and steak, because no good story ever started with someone having a salad!
