Just wanted to say hello to everyone. Been lurking for awhile now and just purchased an XL last Saturday. So far - burgers, chicken, ribs twice, pulled beef, new york strips and sirloin. Getting the hang of it and am loving it so far. Been using a WSM the last 3 years and plan to keep it but I don't see myself using it too much anymore.
Look forward to learning as much as I can from all of you!

How ya doin'? Sounds like you're off to a good start. Post pics, triumphs and failures - if you stick with this forum, you'll lean something new every time you read it, and that'll make you a better master of the egg.
