Reheat Frozen Boston Butt

Someone smoked a Boston butt for us for Christmas. We were out of town so they froze it. What's the best way to thaw/reheat this? Should I do it in the oven or on the egg? Do I need to do anything to keep it from drying out?

It's whole.

I'd wrap it in foil and soak it with apple juice to keep it moist and stick it in the egg to bring it up to temp, then take it out of the foil and let the bark crisp back up - 350 indirect if its cooked then you only need to heat it up

Thanks - do you know approximately how long that would take? I think it's about 6-7 pounds. What IT am I shooting for?
