Got the BGE large for Xmas and did my first cook yesterday. 4lb pork butt led to really good pulled pork sandwich. Now just need to decide what to make next.

Welcome. Congrats on the butt. Try a nice pork loin roast or maybe a beef roast, standing rib low and slow - lots of ideas here.Delta B.C. - Whiskey and steak, because no good story ever started with someone having a salad!
