After snow blowing my driveway and shoveling my deck for hours I decided it wa time to use new gift. I ran the cables from my new TW8060 from thermoworks out of my egg and threw between French doors into my house. At that point I no longer had to leave my warm house. I made a chicken roaster, with carrots, onions, garlic and potatoes in the drip pan. Loved using TW8060 for the first time! Without opening the egg (or door) I knew roaster was at a perfect to to pull! It was also fun cooking in biggest storm of the year!

I'd rather cook in nice weather, but it's nice to show loyalty to my egg. I think it's great when other eggers post there great cooks or how crazy we are in crappy weather!

living in the cold is the whole reason I bought my egg. Pretty cool how it just rocks along even below 0. I was committed to cook all year so I had to find a way........so my love affair with the egg beganKeepin' It Weird in The ATX FBTX

Looks like a perfect way to cook Christmas dinner. I am using my egg for the very first time today. I am afraid a monster has been created because I already have a large wish list of accessories and posts like these aren't helping.
I'll be cooking in the snow also!

By monster do you mean constantly looking at the egghead forum to see what delicious meals have been cooked. Or what great info. Someone has posted about how to bbq something. Good luck with that list!
