Seared at 800 on both sides for 80 secs, let rest for 10-15 mins, with butter....cooled te egg to 400, cooked 3-4 mins on each side..... Brought temp back up to 700, seared again for 45 secs on each side.... DAMN GOOD!!! I'm quite impressed!!

Nebraska needs more athletic big kids like this Knevel kid on the o-line. Sure could use some help on the d-line as well.
