Not sure I see the healthy but I do see the yummy! How long did you toast them in the bun? I'd be worried that by the time the cheese melted the bottoms would get too browned.

Just toasted for a few minutes, next time I'm going to put a half stone in to make an indirect spot. The bottoms were not too dark, but I would have liked to have had them in longer so the cheese darkened a bit around the edges.
