Kids took the T'day leftovers home sunday we egged a 2 rib pork chop that we had broken down from the rack we purchased at Costco

Last night cooked a hen under the full moon

Compound butter under the skin, Cluck and Squeal on top of skin. Cooked direct on woo. Place chicken on small at 450 and closed down vents to get to 350. Rested for maybe 5 minutes (it was late and we were hungry). Juicy and very tasty.
Large, small and mini now Egging in Rowlett Tx

Excellent. You should keep up with these late night cooks, you're really good at it...Delta B.C. - Whiskey and steak, because no good story ever started with someone having a salad!

Making my mouth water so early in the morning. Is that a quartz countertop?

It's granite, and looks like it's from the same quarry as Little Steven's countertop. He told me his was mined in the mountains of Tibet and brought down by yaks. Very expensive !bodski said:Is that a quartz countertop?__________________________________________Dripping Springs, Texas.Just west of Austintatious -
did you mean to say that little steven had smoked a "yak" ?

Yes it is a Silestone with Microban countertop. Choose this over granite because other half has been known to peel teflon right off the pan, a talent not many possses. Non-kitchen countertops are granite.bodski said:Making my mouth water so early in the morning. Is that a quartz countertop?Although I like VI description much better....might be stealing that

That's what I thought. I agree, however, that VI's description was much more enticingAustin Egghead said:

. I also had to ponder whether or not a yak would fit in a large.
