My wife left town to go visit her Mother so it's just me and the younger boys. I figured what a great weekend to restock the freezer. Going to smoke some Chuck Roasts today for Pulled Beef and then when they are done, throw some pork shoulders on overnight. While all that is cooking on the Egg, I am also making a big batch of Italian "Sunday Gravy" also cooking all night. Going to be busy but thought I would give the Egg a workout.
I am hoping the lump will hold out for both cooks but I plan on completely cleaning it out up front and fill it up tight.
I have been lax with pics lately but promise to update as we go.

Sounds good. Also a good argument for having a couple bags of lump at all times.LBGE

If you run out of freezer room please call.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

Yes it was fun. I posted a bunch of pics on a separate post entitled "Pulled Beef/Pulled Pork Combo. And not BGE related but the Pasta sauce may have been the best of all. Cooked all night and is awesome.Clarendon Hills, IL
