Thanks for the rub @Cazzy! I just put it on for the Texas Ole Miss game tomorrow night at 7. Had to slow boat it at 225 grid (which I am not a fan of) but if I didn't, I was getting up at 4 am to start. Centex + 4am = no bueno.

Texas is gonna kill Ole Miss - they, ummm, suck this year. Wish ya'll were playing LSU. That would be a game. Mostly because my brother in San Antonio is a HUGE Texas fan, so, of course, I have to play the foil every chance I get. Which is every time I talk to him.

Well.....really liked the rub. A little sweeter than I normally like but had some nice heat to go with the sweet. I'll use it again
The brisket itself sucked. It had zero smoke flavor at all. I can't figure it out but that does happen to me on the egg from time to time. Texture was good, bark was awesome but it tasted like I cooked it in the oven. 15 hours in the egg and no smoke flavor at all. Bummer.
Oh well, we live to fight another day.
