Almost bought this in addition to my BGE but I felt dirty thinking about a Generic version of the love of my life.

Regardless, please chime in on whether or not this unit is a ceramic piece of garbage..

i looked at it...i looked at several other "fake ins" before i pulled the trigger on my lbge.as i progress into my early fortys..one of the FEW lessons i have learned thus far ...sometimes saving a few bucks on something you really want isnt always the right choice.im really growing fond of my lbge !

Saving a few bucks because it's used? If not have you priced these? The " fake ins " made me laugh though. YouTube BGE vs Grill dome, you might be surprised, I don't think there is much difference between the two.

I think refrigerationman hit the nail on the head. Prolly not a bad cooker but that particular one looks ruff. You could buy a new small or med for around 500-600. Just my 2 cents.

I may take a look. It's only about 20 minutes away. I want to be able to cook more than I can put on my large.BGE... I'm very impatient though and might just buy an additional egg from the dealer. If it does indeed look in bad shape I'll pass. I like that table design
