I picked up a beautiful 1.6 lb. porterhouse today. I've never grilled a bone-in steak before, so I'm not sure if the standard TRex method is applicable here. Any suggestions?[p]Thanks,
Keith

mad max,[p]Thanks for the quick reply. Yeah, it's about 1 3/4 inches thick. I try to never buy thin steaks anymore - too hard to keep 'em medium rare.[p]Keith
