the botton of my EGG has been leaking grease from my last few cooks. There are no visible cracks in the bottom. But there is a lot of grease coming out. Anyone else have this problem?
It is not dripping, its running down the leg of the nest. pics to come
Thanks
Paul

Weird. Could it be cracked under the bars of your nest? I have no idea. I just thought I'd throw it out there.Mark Annville, PA

If you can't see grease on the sides of the base, I'd say you have a crack or two on the bottom. Hard to tell but looks like a crack on both bottom pics.Eggo in N. MS

It really does look cracked underneath when you zoom in. And that's where it appears to be coming from.

That sharply define boundary between that light tan and very dark colors sure looks like a crack to me.

@naked, same thing I was thinking. I have get around and stared at it endlessly, nothin is visual. Now that doesn't mean it's not there. I just can't see it.
My EGG has sweated before. So I can see why there might be some seeping out the side.
Most of this is very weird.
I will let y'all know what happens.

If you zoom in and look at the side of the base, a couple inches above the bottom, you can see the grease on the outside of the grill as wellthebearditspeaks.com. Go there. I write it.
