Onion going on
Getting friendly with some shrooms
On the plate with some sweet taters, roasted red pepper and some garlic bread
The onion was very tasty and went great with the steak. This recipe is a keeper
Thanks for looking

Glad you enjoyed Shane. Try it on burgers too!! So good and so simple.

This looks really great. Think it would be as tasty with chicken bouillon or is beef bouillon the only way to go?

Hey Brian
And we just happen to be having burgers tonight
Shane -
Hey Chuck
I am sure chicken would be ok, just a different flavour direction.
Let us know how it works out

Have spatchcock chicken brining and a few Vidalia onions in the pantry. Thinking chicken bouillon on the onions might go better with chicken spatchcock. I'll give it go and report back.

How was it with the chicken? Curious minds want to know. Lol -
It was good. I preferred the beef though. The issue was purely executional. I used what I had in the spice drawer (regular bouillon not the low sodium variety). Will definitely do either again but not before I find the low sodium version at the store.
As cooked on the Grid:
What to look for at the store:
Hope this helps.
