I have cooked baby back ribs a few time and have yet to have a successful bend test. Today I did CWM's method. 275 (not 375) dome, place setter, spritzed every 45 minutes, bark was awesome! But the ribs just didn't bend. By the time I pulled them, the meat just fell off the bone like a pork shoulder. It did taste awesome though. Another successful conversion for my wife who never 'liked' ribs until today.

Rubbed with mustard and Butt Rub seasoning. In the fridge for two days...

Had some apple and cherry chips in the egg:

The meat fell off the bone, but every last piece was enjoyed!
