My wife has an old rescipe for "Cheeseburger Pie" that she used to fix for her kids years ago. We thought it might work for some appetizers.
We cut a pie crust into small circles and put them in a muffin pan

Her meat mixture is ground chuck, onion, bell pepper and chili sauce

Topped with shredded cheese

On to the egg @ 375 for 20 minutes

Sorry, no plated pics, two grandkids were here and by the time I got to the kitchen the pies were gone
They were very tasty and would make a quick an easy party appetizer :cheer:
Thanks for looking

Thanks all, Jason, this chili sauce was just the stuff in a bottle, I think you could use any meat mixture you want. The meat was browned a little first.
Hi Jay, there is an excellent chance these will show up at Tuckaway in November -
Those look awesome. I will have to show my 11 year old as this is a cook she could do pretty easily. Thanks for posting.

Mark, you are right, not only do these make a great appetizer, they are something a youngster can put together for a fun cook/learning experience
